The charity founded by Harry couldn’t resist a final swipe—casting his memoir donation as a symptom of weakness and scrapping his beloved polo matches as it moves on without him.

Polo, a sport long identified with Prince Harry, has now followed him out of the door at the AIDS charity he founded, Sentebale.

Harry quit the charity earlier this year after a bitter row, accusing its CEO, Sophie Chandauka, of engineering a hostile takeover.

In the charity’s newly published accounts, the announcement that its glossy fundraising polo tournaments will be “retired” is sold as a “structural adjustment.”
