Leading royal news feeds today was the bombshell that Catherine, the Princess of Wales, turned up with hair that looked several shades blonder than usual.
Her hair distracted attention from the arguably much bigger story, that Prince Andrew was left out in the Aberdeenshire cold, and was not invited to join the royals at church.
