I can't remember Tom ever speculating specifically on it, but us William fans have, knowing that William has often bypassed it now & uses direct to reader type communication. We speculate he will have his own small press team for tours & such. Of course he hasn't indicated any of these specifics - it's our own theorizing.

As the Sussexes have not abided by the Sandringham Summit, ESPECIALLY after the Queen passed, why should King Charles. IF that was the deal, but it’s not like they had a life lease Ala Andrew & the Royal lodge. The Wales’s did not want them any where near them as well especially after Spare and the Netflix reality-ish show. The Sussexes have no leg to stand on regarding Frogmore.

If they thought that William was going to allow them to live in Frogmore Cottage after getting rid of uncle Andrew they really are delusional
Right... surely being made to pay back the Frogmore renovation costs when the Sussexit to California was initiated, was a rather strong indication there'd be no return.
I read somewhere that Harry has continually asked for Frogmore back, and demanded to stay there when he visited the UK, only to be told no. To have the property turned back into staff housing undoubtedly angered Harry.
I also recall that HM Queen Elizabeth “gave” them Frogmore on an annual lease, quite different than Andrew and Prince Edward’s leases, which were/are for 99 years. That indicates to me she wanted the option to remove them if necessary.

Whoa i thought - but i subscribed anyway cuz i'd seen you in action on Shauna's YT & was impressed. True story. As for Frogmore for the Montecitans, their cries of woulda, coulda, shoulda (served with a side of schadenfreude on our end) will fall on deaf ears. Why? Who would begrudge hardworking staff convenient places to live? Clearly, the HazMarks habitually seem to enjoy arguing about long settled issues way after the fact. It's like ruthlessly dumping a partner and then ranting, raving and resenting when you learn they've found happiness with someone else.
Congratulations! After several career changes over the years, I can tell you that some closed doors that seem dire at the time can open other doors that lead to a brand new career that can be so much better than you ever dreamed possible. Tobyn Andreae might have actually done you a favor!
