Ex-Prince Andrew Chased by Armed Man in Balaclava

Man arrested, car searched for weapons.

Global hate figure Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was at the centre of a major security alert today, after it emerged that a masked man armed with an offensive weapon chased him while shouting abuse and threatening him.

The incident occurred yesterday evening on public land near the Sandringham Estate, close to Andrew’s new home, Marsh Farm, while the disgraced and defenestrated former prince was out walking his dogs.

Norfolk Police told me: “Officers were called to Wolferton shortly after 7.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 6 May 2026) following a report a man was behaving in an intimidating manner in the village. Officers attended, and the man was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and possession of an offensive weapon. He was taken to King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning and remains in custody.”
