A classified U.S. intelligence document has set out how Russian operatives exploited Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s resentment of his elder brother, King Charles, alongside his desire for money, sex, and status, as a tool to reach into Britain’s institutions.

The secret assessment, dated January 15 this year and produced by an unnamed U.S. security agency, is reportedly headed “Political Corruption: Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor” with the sub-heading “Designated Russian Union.”
